Who is responsible

Visiting this website
When you open a page, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data that every browser sends, such as your IP address, the time of the request and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the site securely and to protect it against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Request-a-pilot form
When you send the form, we process the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role, industry and your answers about your systems and goals. We use them only to answer your request and to arrange a possible pilot (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To limit abuse, we briefly process a hashed form of your IP address to cap how many requests one connection can send.
The request is stored in a database run by Cloudflare on our behalf, where our team reads it. We delete request data once it is no longer needed to answer and follow up on your request, unless we must keep it by law.
Analytics
We use PostHog analytics (EU-hosted) only if you agree in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Details are in our cookie policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Where data is processed outside the EU, it is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to support@synsa.ai. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
